Who We Are

Come Home to ROOST, LLC was formed in 2022. It is the brainchild of Sioux Baumgartner, and was created with the intent to purchase and renovate homes which could then be sold or rented for profit. In particular, Come Home to Roost actively seeks to provide furnished rental spaces for traveling renters.

Since its inception, Come Home to Roost has purchased six properties, three of which required intensive renovation, and another of which has been modified from a single-family dwelling into a property with three separate and distinct living spaces.
