Rezac

While working on the Morrison project (Fall 2020), I became acquainted with the people across the street as they worked through cleaning out a gigantic mess left by the last renters.  It was an older gentleman and his daughter who had owned the property for 50+ years, having lived there with his wife and child in the 1950s, then using it as a rental since the 70s. I flippantly remarked one day in passing, “If you decide you don't want to mess with this anymore, let me know,” and we had our second rental property purchase in late 2020, a 5-bed/3-bath single-family home.  We joked that our boys could live in the Morrison house and their sister's could live across the street in the Rezac property when they all moved out!
