Our first venture into the real estate fix/flip/furnish/flourish business began in the fall of 2020, when we purchased a 3-bed/1-bath home from some friends.

The property had sat empty for several years, and we bought it to fix up and put our kids in, as they ventured into the post-high-school world. We learned a lot in the process, and sold the property to our son in 2023.
